Morrison, Inaugural IMPACT Fellow, Wins Prestigious Clemson Merit Award

Saint Helena, S.C., April 17, 2024 – Goldwater Ventures is delighted to announce that Charles E. Morrison (CF’24), our inaugural Goldwater IMPACT Fellow earning a Master’s in City and Regional Planning at Clemson University, has been honored with the prestigious Edward L. Falk Citation for Merit. This honor is bestowed upon a first-year City and Regional Planning student in Clemson’s College of Architecture, Art, and Construction who has shown exceptional professional promise, service to the program, and dedication to their field of study.

Morrison reflected on earning his award, “I am deeply honored to receive this recognition. It motivates me to further my commitment to integrating sustainable and equitable planning planning practices in our communities.”

Caleb Peddie (C’∞), the Program Director of the IMPACT Club at Goldwater Ventures, also shared his enthusiasm for Charles’s accomplishment: “Charles’s recognition with Clemson University’s Edward L. Falk Citation for Merit is a testament to his hard work emblematic of what we strive to achieve at the IMPACT Club. We are incredibly proud of Charles, and we know his journey will inspire and guide his program peers.”
