Goldwater Celebrates Launch of Social Entrepreneurship Nonprofit Hustle Hive



Lift-Off!

On June 30, 2024, at 7:00 PM EST, Hustle Hive hosted a virtual "Q&A Forum" to officially launch its new website and share the nonprofit’s vision for the community with the community. This event offered a valuable chance to discuss the organization's mission, vision, core values, and the leadership of Monica A. Rodriguez in an interactive setting. Attendees could ask questions, share their thoughts, and learn more about Hustle Hive's goals.


Vision, Mission, and H.I.V.E. Core Values

Hustle Hive is dedicated to empowering disenfranchised communities by providing equitable access and revitalization for those affected by systemic injustices. The organization's mission is to deliver comprehensive educational programs, business resources, and support services to create a level playing field in commerce and equity. This ensures that every individual has the opportunity to succeed and contribute to their community's growth and well-being. By focusing on these goals, Hustle Hive aims to foster a sense of unity and progress within the communities it serves.


Hustle Hive's operations are driven by four core values, which guide every action and initiative:

Hustle Hive offers a variety of services aimed at supporting their clients, known as Honey-Makers, and their brands. These services are designed to provide comprehensive support and resources to help individuals and businesses thrive:

  • Events: Hosting fundraising events and offering discounted resources to support community initiatives and individual projects.

  • Classes: Covering essential topics such as Capital Acquisition, Starting an LLC, Fundraising, and Marketing. These classes are designed to provide practical knowledge and skills.

  • 1:1 Coaching Workshops: Providing personalized guidance for navigating the complexities of starting and running a brand. These workshops offer tailored advice and support.

  • Discounted Services: Including grant and partnership proposal management, contract management, event planning, and marketing services. These services help reduce costs while providing high-quality support.


Future initiatives include afterschool programs focused on Civics, STEM, Business, Marketing, and Economics. These programs aim to equip the next generation with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Additionally, the planned headquarters will feature a café and smoothie bar, serving as a community hub for classes, performances, events, and art exhibitions. This space will be a vibrant center for learning, creativity, and community engagement.

Goldwater Ventrues Partners with Hustle Hive

Goldwater Ventures is a full-service cultural sustainability firm offering advisory and media services to institutions engaging with cultural communities worldwide. The firm's mission is to sustain the traditionalist lifeways of cultural communities worldwide. Following the firm's restructing, it's Goldwater Arts division produces compelling content featuring Afro/Indigenous experiences, while the Goldwater Advisory practice provides strategic guidance to institutions supporting Afro/Indigenous communities.
